Here’s a yummy recipe from this mornings family breakfast!
Weather is for one or two people or a brunch for 20 this recipe is sure to satisfy!
red bell pepper, chopped
1 CUP (CUBED 1/2-INCH)
shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Melt butter in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add onion and red pepper.
Stir 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are crisply tender. Add ham; continue cooking 2-3 minutes or until heated through . Reduce heat to medium.
Beat eggs and water in bowl with whisk.
Pour eggs over the vegetables in skillet. Cook, stirring slightly with spatula 3-4 minutes or until set.
Sprinkle with cheese; add salt and pepper, if desired. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
